HyunA+

My friend bought HyunA's latest solo album A+ from the recently renovated Koryo Bookstore in Koreatown, NYC and she let me flip through it while we were waiting in line to get into the BIGBANG concert.

Most of the photos were pretty racy including the set of pictures where she was wearing the Jesus Swimsuit designed by Korean designer Faye Woo.

If you ever get the chance to visit the Koryo Bookstore, they added an upstairs where they sell [expensive] Korean clothing. I didn't look too long since East Asian shopkeepers tend to make me feel uncomfortable (at least in my experience) but I believe the shop is called LuvLuv (not to be mistaken with Korean brand LOVLOV) or something like that. Looking at the price tags and feeling the quality of the clothes, personally I don't think they're worth it unless you really love the style since Korean fashion might be on the rarer side in the United States. A simple skirt that could easily go for $30-50 in a regular retail store is $100+ in that store. Hopefully we'll start posting "Get The Looks" soon on this blog!
