Over this past year, the Korean street fashion brand ATAR has grown in popularity among K-pop idols. The brand is known for producing streetwear staples emblazoned with their signature phrases in gothic font.

Hello~ Hello~

Today I am absolutely ecstatic to write a post about finds that are one of my FAVOURITE things in life, and I am not talking about SHINee but- enamel/lapel pins (along with brooches just to add)!

(Skip this part if you'd just like to know about the finds)

I've been collecting brooches and pins for aboooout 7 years now and one of the reason I liked SHINee when I first found them about 6 years ago were their stage outfits and the way they were accessorised. They used to wear so many brooches and stuff on their jackets and I loved it because I did the same thing!

There was a hilarious time when, after I got my closest friends into K-pop too, they would sometimes tell me I dressed kind of like an idol and I would look at them all confused saying "...but, I always dressed like this..." Haha!

Anyway, enough about me and on to the finds~

These finds are pretty much the same and shared between 3 SHINee members- Onew, Jonghyun and Taemin.

The first time I spotted some pins being worn were by Onew on 151202 at MAMA. I told myself I'd go back and look at it later because I just KNEW I would recognise at least one pin on his jacket, especially since enamel pins are very popular and are back in fashion now.

It's been more than a month since then but not to worry because they were worn at various other events in that time till now.

Here we see them wearing the Superstitious lapel pin, Lost At Last lapel pin, Explorer lapel pin, Tarot lapel pin, No Time for Anything lapel pin, Slower Black Wheat lapel pin, People to Kill lapel pin, Down for Whatever lapel pin, Chloe Kovska Ace of Spades lapel pin and finally the pin that made me jump right out of my seat with happiness as soon as I saw it glistening on Jonghyun's jacket at the Seoul Music Awards on 160114 - the Crescent Moon lapel pin. Because guess what! I HAVE THE EXACT PIN KYAH~ *Fangirl mode* We're meant to be~
Now you may be thinking how on earth could I have known it was the same one when it was only a crescent moon shape...but I just knew (I have 2 different crescent moon pins BTW)! There are just certain brands out there that are known for their pins (and patches) which is why I knew I should at least recognise one pin on them!
Ehem, anyway these pins are all from Explorer's Press. The Camera Film pin can also be seen being worn but is not available on the website right now.

But that's not all people, nope! The Deus Shield pin and the Break Fist pin were worn and both are from Deus ex Machina

Sorry for the extra looooong post, but I was just too excited about this one heehee ^^

I feel like if I had much better pictures from good angles I could have seen the other pins better and clearer and possibly found them too but this'll do for now!
