Skinfood Fresh Aloe Pack Review
Hi everyone, this post is a review of the Fresh Aloe Pack from Korean skincare brand Skinfood. I bought it on sale for $9 (USD) but so far online I've seen it usually go for around $12-18. Urban Outfitters sells it for $18 and Amazon sells it for cheaper (price fluctuates).

Rating: 4/5
The packaging is pretty standard. Upon opening, the pack exuded a fresh scent composed of aloe and additional fragrance. The texture is goopy and grainy but not sticky. The little grains in the product are tiny little pieces of aloe that help gently exfoliate and of course moisturize and hydrate the skin.
I have combination skin (oily T-zone, dry cheeks) and I would say it worked well in moisturizing and hydrating my face most of the time. A great thing about this product is that you can use it when you're pressed for time. Most of sheet face masks require you to have it on for 10-30 minutes to reap maximum benefit but directions on the fresh aloe pack says to leave it on for only 5-6 minutes.
I deducted one point because there were a couple of times where I had dry, peeling skin and to my surprise the aloe mask stung when I put it on my face. My skin isn't extremely sensitive so I took a look at the ingredients. The fourth ingredient contains denatured alcohol which explains the stinging. I think people with moderately dry skin should only use the fresh aloe pack (unless you can take the pain) because it doesn't noticeably improve super dry skin.

If you're thinking of getting the Skinfood Fresh Aloe Pack yourself, here are the ingredients:

I feel that masks from jars like these give more bang for your buck as opposed to sheet face masks. With the Fresh Aloe Pack, I think I could get at least 20 uses out of it which averages to less than 50 cents per use. The average sheet face mask is $1-2, which would cost me $20-40 for 20 uses. I would buy the aloe pack again at a good price.
